1. Shipping Destinations:
•We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA.•We ship internationally to select countries. Seebelow fora current list of supported countries and any country-specific restrictions or requirements.
2. Processing Time:
•Domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.•Int’l orders are processed within 1-7business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.•You will receive another notification when your order hasshipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
•Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed atcheckout.International orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.•Estimateddelivery time is 3-7 business days for domestic shipments.•Estimated delivery time for Int’l shipments varies based upon destination. 4. Shipping Methods:
•We offer several shipping options through carriers such as USPSandUPSfor domestic orders, and DHL, USPS International, and other international carriers for overseas shipments. Available carriers may vary by destination country.•Expediteddomesticshipping options are available at an additional cost.
5. Order Tracking:
•Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.•You can track your package via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
6. Shipping Restrictions:
•We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.•Certain items may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, destination, or international shipping regulations. Some products may not be available for international shipping due to local laws, customs restrictions, or shipping carrier limitations.
7. Lost or Damaged Items:
•RaveMart is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.For international shipments, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. For international orders seized or delayed by customs, customers should contact their local customs office directly.
