Welcome to RaveMart, operated by FestiBesti LLC. We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. Our Refunds and Returns Policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be: (a) unused with all original tags attached; (b) free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration; (c) contained in its original, undamaged packaging with all protective materials intact; and (d) include all original accessories, manuals, and promotional items.
• Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, and intimate apparel.
2. Process for Returns
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ravemart.shop with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Refunds
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3 business days. Returns will be rejected if: (a) items show signs of wear, damage, or use; (b) original packaging is missing or damaged; (c) items are received outside the 30-day return window; (d) required documentation is missing; or (e) items are on the non-returnable list. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund, including the
specific reason if rejected.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be for the purchase price only, excluding any shipping charges, gift wrapping fees, or other ancillary services. Any promotional discounts or rewards points used in the original purchase will be handled according to their respective terms and conditions.
4. Exchanges
• We will replace items if they arrive damaged or prove to be defective within 30 days of delivery. Damage or defects must be documented with photographs and reported within 48 hours of receipt for shipping damage, or within 30 days for manufacturing defects. If approved for exchange, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the replacement item at our expense. For all other exchange requests, please email support@ravemart.shop for assistance.
5. Shipping Costs
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Sale Items
• Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more, marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or "Final Sale" are not eligible for refund or return unless received damaged or defective. Defective sale items will be eligible for exchange only, subject to availability.
